做人要有立体感
⑴窗前一片绿荫，绿荫下的小柴房，地上隐隐约约的光影，最后是扑面而来的徐徐清风……这就构成了一幅富有情趣的生活画面，折射出来的世界是立体的、多维的，也只有这样的层面才构成丰富多彩的世界。
⑵事物如此，人也不例外。
⑶一位哲学家说过这样的话：“人在两种情况下没有影子，一是在黑暗中藏匿，二是在太阳底下躺着。”可这样的情况岂能当真，人在黑暗中藏匿能几时，人在太阳底下躺着又有何意思，于是影子便有了永恒的存在。可终究说来，影子的存在会使人产生后怕。常言“身正不怕影子斜”，就是很好的反证。
⑷然而，也正是影子的存在，才使人有了立体感。使人的存在有了面上的延伸，点上的深化，时间上的跨度。
⑸生活中，一些人却不是这么想的。例如有的人为人处世瞻前顾后，生怕被影子尾追；有的人生怕露出真面目，而做出欲盖弥彰的种种举动。可以说，自作聪明者有之，自圆其说者有之，苦心经营者有之，不惜代价者有之。其实，掩藏过去，掩饰现时，遮掩未来，都是不坦诚、不真实、不全面的表现。
⑹人非圣贤，孰能无过？一个人想要永不出错，没有黑点，除非他一直不干事，这好比是“在太阳底下躺着”。偶尔犯点小错，存在一些缺点和遗憾都是正常不过的。若一个人浑身罩着光环，又躲躲藏藏、看不清真面目，那谁敢请他做事，谁敢与他讲真话、做朋友？因此，要让别人看清楚你自然的一面，不要做一个没有缺点和影子的人。
