       材料一       英国《星期日泰晤士报》发表的一份研究报告提醒人们,由于青少年的耳朵和颅骨比成年人更小、更薄,因此,孩子在使用手机时,大脑中吸收的辐射比成年人要高出50%。而一位从事职业病防治的教授也表示,青少年的免疫系统较成人脆弱,因而特别容易受到手机辐射的影响。手机辐射会对脑部神经造成损害,引起头痛,导致记忆力减退和睡眠失调。

       材料二  中小学生的自制能力较差,如果学生在上课时间打电话或发短信,所带来的声响将直接影响老师授课的质量。有些学生的虚荣心较强,盲目追逐手机的新款式、新功能,更容易形成攀比之风。手机是贵重物品,上体育课或搞其他活动时难以保管,万一丢失就会给老师和学生增加不必要的麻烦。
