To me, life without music would not be exciting. I realize that this is not true for everybody. Many people get along quite well without going to the concert, and listening to the record. But music plays an important part in everyone's life, whether he realizes it or not. Try to imagine, for example, what films or TV plays would be like without music. 李姬者，名香，母曰贞丽。贞丽有侠气，尝一夜博，输千金立尽。所交接皆当世豪杰，尤与阳羡陈贞慧善也。姬为其养女，亦侠而慧，略知书，能辨别士大夫贤否，张学士溥、夏吏部允彝急称之。少风调皎爽不群。十三岁，从吴人周如松受歌玉茗堂四传奇，皆能尽其音节。尤工琵琶词，然不轻发也。
