The other day I buy a pair of leather shoes in a shoe shop. The seller told me he would give “three guarantees” for the shoes. And only four days later, the shoes worn out. So I was angry and returned to the shop hoped to get my money back. I told the seller what had been happened to the shoes. When she knew that I had kept the shoes for four days, he refused, to which I was surprised.
