酸溶法是利用酸的酸性、氧化还原性和配合性使试样中被测约分转入溶液。钢伯、合金、有色金属。纯金属、碳酸盐类矿物、部分硫化物、氧化物和磷酸盐类矿物，可采用此法。常用作溶剂的酸有盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、磷酸、高氯酸、氢氟酸，以及它们混合酸等。
