操作要点:

1.沉肩肩关节放松,不要耸起,不要外展。

2.垂肘:肘部自然下垂。

3.悬腕:腕关节自然屈曲。

4.掌虚:半握拳,拇指指间关节的掌侧与食指远节的桡侧轻轻接触。

5.指实:着力部位要吸定在治疗部位上。

6.紧推:是指摆动的频率略快,一般每分钟140次左右。

7.慢移:是指从一个治疗点到另一个治疗点时应缓慢移动。
