甲型H1N1流感时下正值流行期。老百姓对接种甲流疫苗充满了期待，但对其安全性也有点担心。“甲流疫苗安全吗？”国家疾控中心主任回应，我国对疫苗的研发、生产及接种有着严格的管理，这次甲流疫苗也不例外。6月初，我国各家甲流疫苗生产企业从世卫组织获得可直接用于疫苗生产用毒种，经过研制，生产出临床试验用疫苗，7月22日开始临床试验，7个省份13000多志愿者接种了疫苗。

根据接种第一剂疫苗21天的血清学结果，疫苗的血清学效果和安全性达到了世卫组织和欧盟的标准，保护率均超过85％。随着研究的深入，诊断技术不断改进，防治手段将逐步完善，疫苗研制加速推进。

目前，我国根据“知情、自愿、免费”的原则，分期、分批接种甲流疫苗。首先保证维护国家安全稳定、社会正常运行、公共服务系统正常运转；其次兼顾各类重点人群，以降低病死率和发病率，降低流感大流行的危害。
