（4）经进一步的核对和审阅，了现以下违规事实：

A：2005年12月28日，该分社与卫生院协调，从2011－002账户支取垫付当年利息收入5万元。

B：2005年5月12日－2006年8月30日，该卫生院会计与信用社经办人（记账员）员合伙，先后挪用资金27笔，累计金额414973.04元，累计还款10笔，合计金额200000元，下欠金额214973.04元。
