病历摘要：男性，42岁。因服用含朱砂莲中药偏方后恶心、呕吐，肾功能减退8天，于2004年12月4日入院。2004年11月27日患者因胃胀气服用中药偏方（内含朱砂莲共计12g，另有啤酒花、鸡内金、金线草等成分）连续2天，第三中午即出现乏力、恶心、呕吐，呕吐物为胃内容物。因症状逐渐加重，并且在停服中药后无改善，于12月4日转至我医院就诊。
