       多年不见的一位朋友嫣到家中做客，看到一个精美镜框，她惊奇地发现，里面不是斑斓的油画，不是天然贝壳，也不是脉络清晰的树叶或须爪皆全的昆虫标本，而是一个简简单单的白蝴蝶结，像是医用纱布结成，这显然与她见过的所有饰品都不同。
       嫣十分诧异地问：“这是为纪念什么用的吧？这里面有什么深刻的含义吗？”我微笑着说，当然！不妨猜猜看。
       “你们家庭里有了新医生或者护士，以示对职业的尊敬……？”我摇了摇头。
       “知道了！一定是期望你的孩子将来读医科大学！”我又微笑着摇了摇头。
       “是啊，那样的话你满可以挂一个红十字。”嫣想了想，迟疑而同情地缓缓问道，“不会是，你有亲人刚刚去世吧？”我大笑：“哪里！我的双亲都十分健康而且快乐。”
       嫣长舒一口气，“那么，”她突然兴奋地一拍巴掌，“一定是你得到了医生的精心治疗，为了记住他也纪念你的康复喽！”我说：“是，但不全是。”
       接下来，我给嫣讲了下面的经历。
       我曾经接受过一个手术。那个手术全然不是我想像的肃穆、无情，而是在精彩的对话与欢笑中度过，充满对患者的关爱。时间是怎样溜走的，我浑然不知。当医生为我敷好伤口，柔和地示意并帮助我从手术台上下来时，我竟然还沉浸在愉快的氛围里不肯出来，有种看电影到高潮处却要换胶片的感觉。
       为避免弄脏衣服也为了让我更舒服点儿，医生特意让护士为我加了块棉垫。 
       “这块太丑了！”说着，他亲自给我换了一块棉垫。
       我已经习惯了这位医生，整个手术过程都是这样，事事不肯迁就。
       望望背后墙上式样简洁的钟，十一点四十，我很是替医生着急，手术中听说有位病人一定要等他，已经挂了他的号，也为自己讨厌的病侵占了他的午饭时间而感到内疚，一心盼着一切赶紧结束。
       护士在旁侧收拾手术用品，医生亲自为我裹棉垫；为把这块漂亮的棉垫固定好，纱布从左腰到右肩，又从右腰到左肩，绕了一圈、一圈，一圈也不肯懈怠。缠了半天，我想该差不多了吧。
       “转——过来！”医生的声音有着诗般韵律，又带着点不容置疑。尽管我们从第一面到现在，接触的时间合起来不到三个小时，我还是听出了深深关切，仿佛还有一点小时候父母才会给的娇宠。于是乖乖地转过身。
       他轻轻蹲下身，好比我低一点。我俯视着这位医生，身材清瘦，看不清脸庞，只见口罩外专注的眼神，他惯拿手术刀的灵巧的手指，把两节纱布头一绕一拉，熟练地打了个结……秀气而小巧。比想像的好太多！我松了口气。
       “别动！”医生没有说话，是他的双手告诉我的。这双手并没有离开，他修长的手指把那个纱布结皱着的四个边角一一舒展开来，整理纱布结整整花了几十秒。他全神贯注，甚至有些慢条斯理，我简直觉得他有点是在浪费时间。
       最后，看了眼自己的杰作，他才微笑着抬头，自豪而和蔼地问我：“怎么样，像朵花吧？”真的，一朵洁白耀眼的蝴蝶花，恰到好处地缀在我右腰间交错的纱布上！
       我一下子一个字也说不出来！我完全有理由相信，我的手术是在一位绝对负责任的医生手里做的，白蝴蝶花为证！实际上，为我做手术的，正是这家医院的院长先生。
       如今，这朵端端正正镶在古色镜框里的白蝴蝶花，无时无刻不在诠释着两个字：“极致”。凡事不做则已，做，就一定做到最好。它激励着手术那天连医院都找错过的我这个小马虎，它给我的简直比院长先生亲手为我解除病痛意义还要大。
       嫣叹道：“送我一朵吧！如果每个人都做到极致，这世界怕早就大不相同了！”

The vicious circle is thus transformed into a virtuous circle. Few will dispute that education women has great social benefits.But it has enormous economic advantages as well .Most obviously ,there is the direct effect of education on the wages of female workers.Wages rise by 10 to 20 percent for each additional year of schooling. Such big returns are impressive by the standard of other available investments ,but they are just the beginning .Education women also has a significant impact on health practices,including family planning.
