Everyone has got two personalities（个性）—the one that is shown to the world and the other is hidden and real. You don’t show your hidden personality when you are awake because you are clear what to do and what not to do, but when you are asleep, your sleep position shows the real you. On a usual night, of course, people change their positions from time to time. The important position is the one that you go to sleep in.
If you go to sleep on your back, you are a very open person. You usually believe people and you are easy to accept new lifestyle or new ideas. You don’t like to ask for help from others. You don’t like to trouble people, either. So you never express your real feeling. You are quite a shy person and you aren’t very confident.
If you sleep on your stomach, you are rather a person who is not known well to others. You worry a lot and always easily get upset. You don’t pay attention to your job. You are always stubborn（倔强的）. You usually live for today not tomorrow. This means you enjoy having a good time.
If you sleep curling up（蜷缩） your body, you are probably a very nervous person, but you are very kind and patient. You are shy and don’t usually like meeting people. You prefer to be on your own. You are easily hurt.
If you sleep on your side, you have usually got a well-balanced personality. You know your strength and weakness. You are usually careful. You have a confident personality. You sometimes feel anxious, but you don’t often feel sad. You always say what you think even if it makes people upset.
